A family-run crematorium, built on trust
Founded to support families through a hard goodbye
Pets @ Rest is proud to serve the communities of South Wales and the West Country. As pet owners ourselves, we understand that losing a pet is losing a member of the family, and we built this crematorium around that understanding.
Every part of our service — from the first phone call to the moment your pet's ashes are returned to you — is carried out with the same care we'd want for our own pets. That includes clear guidance through a process that can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming, and genuine bereavement support whenever it's needed.
Small choices that matter to families
Individual cremation, always
Your pet is never cremated with another animal. It's the single guarantee everything else is built around.
A private place to say goodbye
Our reception area is a quiet, unhurried space, whether you're dropping your pet off or collecting their ashes.
Every animal welcome
From dogs and cats to the smallest hamster — no pet is too small or too unusual for us to care for properly.
A few words from families we’ve had the honour of helping
Ken was absolutely wonderful in what was an awful situation for us with our cat Nala. He went above & beyond opening on a Sunday for us to drop her off so we didn’t have to try to keep her somewhere. I hope he knows how much comfort he brought to us with his kindness. Can’t recommend enough.
I cannot thank Ken enough for this professional, quick and compassionate service. I’m so glad we found Pets@Rest, Ken was so lovely from the first call. I collected his ashes in a beautiful urn, with my requested cutting of his fur just 24 hours later. This has meant so much at this horrendous time.
My wife and I would like to thank Ken for the professionalism and dignity he showed our boy Taffy. It’s never an easy time to say goodbye to a family pet but I would strongly recommend Ken at Pets@Rest. Thank you Ken, my wife and I are so grateful.
